Peeling knife 10 cm from Arco's Kyoto series is a small peeling knife for small jobs. The most common peeling knife in terms of shape and length and is used for chopping onions and herbs as well as cutting and cleaning vegetables.

The Kyoto series from the Spanish manufacturer Arcos offers knives with ergonomic design and minimalist lines combined with superior strength and high tolerance for wear. Kyoto series are forged in a piece of Arco's own NITRIUM® steel which is a stainless and hardened formula enriched with nitrogen for extra hardness and long-lasting sharpness. A black handle in polyoxymethylene (POM) combined with the metal of the knife gives the knife a soft, ergonomic and elegant look. The knives can be machine washed.
