Zwilling Diplôme bread knife is made of a professional FC61 Micro Carbide powder steel (aka Sandvik 13c26 steel), Friodur® hardened to a hardness of approx. 61 HRC.

Beautiful mirror grinding, grinding angle of 20°, ground according to the Honbazuke method with "Katana-Edge". Well-balanced ergonomic and hygienic handle. Lifetime warranty on materials and production defects.
