Serrated utility knife, perfect for tomatoes, hard salami, rolls and bagels.

Quality comes first, and with 55 manufacturing steps and 20 uncompromising quality controls, every knife is perfectly manufactured. The knife blade is forged from a piece of 1.4116 Chrome Molybdenum Vanadium steel (X50CrMoV15) hardened to a hardness of 58 HRC. The sharpening angle is 14 degrees per side, and Wüsthof's Precision Edge Technology (PEtec) gives the knife a durable sharpness.
