When you are going to cut and split larger foods such as cabbage, pumpkin or meat, you need a hearty meat ax with good weight that makes it easier to cut and split. To be able to split and cut up meat with bones, the knife blade needs to be strong enough not to break. The right height and dimensions for your cleaver
A cleaver has a real and high blade. This is important because you will be able to cut and split large raw materials and meat. By taking a "batch" a bit above the pumpkin or piece of meat and then chopping, the weight of your meat cleaver will make it easier to cut with precision.
