Tojiro cutting board Paulownia wood

Tojiros cutting boards are made of Paulownia wood, a type of wood that is characterized by low weight and natural anti-bacterial properties. Paulownia dries very quickly due to the fact that it absorbs little water and therefore the bacterial growth becomes very low. The surface is gentle on the edge of the knife so they keep the sharpness longer.
