Arcos Riviera peeling knife 10 cm

The Riviera series with black handles, Riviera Blanc with white handles and Riviera Rose with pink handles combine an intelligent design with comfort and user-friendliness. The peeling knife is used to chop onions and herbs as well as to clean and cut vegetables.

The blades of the knives are made of Arco's own NITRIUM® steel, which is a stainless and hardened formula enriched with nitrogen for extra hardness and long-lasting sharpness. The ergonomic handles made of polyoxymethylene (POM) and stainless steel rivets are very resistant to impacts, solvents and temperatures.

The knives are NSF-certified to meet the requirements for hygiene and food safety. The handles are treated with the antibacterial system Bactiproof Silver, which reduces the presence of bacteria, fungi and mold by 99.9%.
