Tormek jig for long knives

Tormek's jig for long knives is specially developed for knives with long and thin blades, e.g. fillet knives.

This jig works in the same way as the SVM-45 knife jig but is wider. Its larger width, 140 mm, stabilizes a thin blade and provides more support. Of course, it can also be used together with larger knives with a more stable blade, such as. chef's knives.

Fits Tormek's blue machines with universal support.

The jig rests on the universal support. The exact edge angle is set by either turning the adjustable stop of the jig or the fine adjustment of the universal support.

The universal support is placed vertically for grinding against the edge.
