The bread knives' bread knife. Highly recommended :) Beautiful Japanese bread knife from KAI with serrated edge that is excellent for cutting bread or other porous foods.

The knife has a core of VG10 and 32 layers of damask steel which together with the hammered surface gives the knife good protection.

The handle is made of laminated Pakka wood. Brown walnut that has been ground and polished to a high-gloss finish.
