The knives are 67-layer damask knives with a hammered design. The core steel is a high-quality VG-10 steel with a hardness of 58 HRC. This knife steel is used by many well-known Japanese knife manufacturers. The knives have a nice handle in dark burnt wood with bolsters and shaft end of 18/8 steel gives perfect grip, balance and stability.

The knives are delivered separately in a beautiful wooden boxes which means that the knives have a good and nice storage.
