Chinese Chef's knife is the Chinese's all - round knife and is characterized by the knife's wide blades which give the knife power and precision. Can be used for everything from shredding cabbage, cutting eggplant, melon and tomato or dividing into smaller pieces of meat. The wide blade is also ideal for scooping up prepared ingredients and transferring them to the pot or frying pan. The Chinese chef's knife should not be confused with the meat ax that has the same shape. This knife has a thinner blade that should not be used on bones, hard fruits, coconuts, etc. Then you should instead use a meat ax or a butcher knife.
The knife is NSF-certified to meet the requirements for hygiene and food safety. The Fibrox handle is made of TPE and can be used in temperatures up to 110 °C and can withstand sterilization.
