How to use your stone grinder:

1. The stone grinder must be used with water. Put the stone grinder in clean water for about 15 minutes before use.

2. Mount the stone grinder in a grindstone holder.

3. Carefully rotate the grindstone counterclockwise over the stone grinder, approx. 12 cycles. Then rinse the surface of the grindstone.

4. Repeat step 3 clockwise and check the surface flatness.

5. Repeat step 3 and 4 until the desired flatness is achieved
