An exclusive device with a base made of stainless steel, which provides extra stability and user-friendliness.

With just one step, the knife is mounted in place, as is the angle of a handle (14 -27 degrees). Under the grinding device there is a small shelf where it is possible to store up to six pairs of grindstones. The vise automatically centers the knife, which guarantees symmetrical sharpening.
