Wüsthof cutting board for bread heat-treated beech

Solid cutting board for bread in heat-treated beech wood with metal tray. The grooves in the cutting board cause the crumbs to fall onto the tray. The heat treatment gives the wood a darker brown tone and changes the structure of the wood. The wood becomes completely stable, stops absorbing water. The result is a bacteria-resistant cutting board that will not swell or shrink. The rubber legs prevent the cutting board from slipping on the kitchen counter.
