Perfect for soft cheeses such as Brie, Camembert or mold cheese. The narrow, sharp blade slides through the creamy cheese without tearing it apart. In addition, they ensure the holes in the blade that the cheese does not stick to the knife blade. As the blade is extremely thin, it is not recommended to use on hard cheeses.

The Riviera series with black handles and the Riviera Blanc with white handles combine an intelligent design with comfort and user-friendliness. The blades of the knives are made of Arco's own NITRIUM® steel, which is a stainless and hardened formula enriched with nitrogen for extra hardness and long-lasting sharpness. The ergonomic handles made of polyoxymethylene (POM) and stainless steel rivets are very resistant to impacts, solvents and temperatures.

The knives are NSF-certified to meet the requirements for hygiene and food safety. The handles are treated with the antibacterial system Bactiproof Silver, which reduces the presence of bacteria, fungi and mold by 99.9%.
