Masahiro MV Petty vegetable knife

An utility knife is a knife that lies between a chef's knife and a peel ing knife in size, normally 12 to 16 cm in length. Suitable for most types of work tasks in the kitchen. This model from Masahiro is made of Masahiro's own patented steel MBS-26. The knife blade is manufactured through a complicated process in three phases, which results in a perfect hardness (HRC 58-59). Each knife blade is sharpened to perfection by craftsmen with more than 30 years of experience. The shaft / handle is made of black packing wood which is hygienic and remarkably durable.

Available with 9 cm, 12 cm or 15 cm blade length.
