Modern Molybdenum from Zanmai is a fantastic series of knives at a really good price. The blade is made of Vanadium 8A and has a hamaguri shape, which means an ideal cutting structure with true sharpness and blade strength.

The handle is made of black packaged wood and has a soft ergonomic design that provides a good and stable grip.
