Beautiful and high-performance Japanese utility knife in damask steel. This model has a higher blade than other utility knives, which means that the fingers do not hit the cutting board when you work.

The knife has a core of hard Sandvik 13c26 (FC61) steel (61 HRC) covered with 48 layers of damask steel. The knives are characterized by not just one, but two different damask patterns in the same knife blade. The upper part of the leaf consists of flowing lines while the lower part of the blade has glittering, water-like patterns. A unique forging technique and symbol of Miyabi's unique craftsmanship.

The special ice curing process CRYODUR® and a grinding angle of 10 degrees per side made with the original Japanese craft grinding Honbazuke gives these blades enormous sharpness.

The handles are ergonomic D-shaped and made of gray Pakkawood. Beautiful details with a mosaic rivet, red spacer and a decorative final steel lid.

The knives have a lifetime warranty on material and production defects.

Manufactured in Seki, Japan.
