Sabatier is one of Europe's most famous knife brands and this particular series, Sabatier K, is considered one of the two original Sabatier manufacturers. The knife is forged by hand from a piece of steel (Z50C13) with a hardness of 54-56 HRC. In the hand, the knife feels very robust and stable and the handle is of a design that has been proven to perfection in French kitchens.
