Tojiro Flash Petty vegetable knife

Tojiro Flash Petty comes in three variants 10 cm, 13 cm and 15 cm. These vegetable knives are used for precision work such as peeling, slicing and decorating. The two larger variants also function as a file knife or deboning knife.
