The Riviera series with black handles and the Riviera Blanc with white handles combine an intelligent design with comfort and user-friendliness. Utility knife is a useful knife that is used to chop and cut smaller objects, trim meat and garnish.

The blades of the knives are made of Arco's own NITRIUM® steel, which is a stainless and hardened formula enriched with nitrogen for extra hardness and long-lasting sharpness. The ergonomic handles made of polyoxymethylene (POM) and stainless steel rivets are very resistant to impacts, solvents and temperatures.
