Arcos Riviera fillet knife flexible 17 cm

The Riviera series with black handles and the Riviera Blanc with white handles combine an intelligent design with comfort and user-friendliness. This fillet knife is a thin and flexible knife that makes the filleting of fish and meat extra easy.

The blades of the knives are made of Arco's own NITRIUM® steel, which is a stainless and hardened formula enriched with nitrogen for extra hardness and long-lasting sharpness. The ergonomic handles made of polyoxymethylene (POM) and stainless steel rivets are very resistant to impacts, solvents and temperatures.

The knives are NSF-certified to meet the requirements for hygiene and food safety. The handles are treated with the antibacterial system Bactiproof Silver, which reduces the presence of bacteria, fungi and mold by 99.9%.
