The Riviera series with black handles and the Riviera Blanc with white handles combine an intelligent design with comfort and user-friendliness. The deboning knife is perfect for deboning chicken or other meat and trimming away fat and membranes before cooking. The rounded tip allows you to easily follow and work around the legs.

The blades of the knives are made of Arco's own NITRIUM® steel, which is a stainless and hardened formula enriched with nitrogen for extra hardness and long-lasting sharpness. The ergonomic handles made of polyoxymethylene (POM) and stainless steel rivets are very resistant to impacts, solvents and temperatures.

The knives are NSF-certified to meet the requirements for hygiene and food safety. The handles are treated with the antibacterial system Bactiproof Silver, which reduces the presence of bacteria, fungi and mold by 99.9%.
