Japanese Chef's Knife / Santoku in the Chroma type 301 series, also known as Porsche knives. A knife for all kinds of cooking.

The Santoku knife is a knife with many uses, but is particularly suitable for working with vegetables. This knife is available in two variants, with and without dimples / cult grinding. Dimples means that what you cut does not stick to the knife.

The knives in the Chroma Type 301 series are made of type 301 Japanese steel, better known as the knife steel AUS-6, with a hardness of 59 HRC. The sharpening angle of the blade is 15 degrees, which results in an extremely sharp knife. The blade and the steel shaft are integrated into each other. The metal bead on each side of the knife marks where the shaft ends and also gives you a superb thumb / forefinger grip.

Delivered in gift packaging.

Choose between two different variants:

Article number P2 without dimples.
