MAC Pro chef's knife

Mac Pro Chef's Knife, also known as the Mighty. Series, comes in three variants 21 cm, 23.5 cm and 27 cm. These knives are a favorite in professional kitchens and the knives have won awards on several occasions.

A good chef's knife is the cornerstone of your knife set and a must-have knife in any kitchen. It is often described as the kitchen's manual food processor, and is used to chop, cut and dice all types of ingredients. The blade is convex so that the knife can easily be "rocked" against the cutting board with a minimum of force. The knife blade is made of AUS-8 steel and is ice hardened for extra durability and sharpness. The handle is made of reinforced wood and has a bolster for good balance.
