MAC Pro Petty vegetable knife

Mac Pro Petty comes in three variants 8 cm, 12.5 cm and 15 cm. These vegetable knives are used for precision work such as peeling, slicing and decorating. The two larger variants also function as a file knife or boning knife. The knife blade is made of AUS-8 steel and is ice hardened for extra durability and sharpness. The handle is made of reinforced wood and has a bolster for good balance.

Choose between three different lengths of the knife blade:

PKF-30 - 8cm

PKF-50 - 12.5 cm

PKF-60 - 15 cm
