MAC Pro Santoku 17 cm

Santoku knife in the MAC Pro series (popularly known as Mighty) with an air gap that makes the knife more flexible. Potatoes, cucumbers and other things that are sliced also release more easily from the blade. The knife blade is made of AUS-8 steel and is ice hardened for extra durability and sharpness. The handle is made of reinforced wood and has a bolster for good balance.
