The knife blades in the MC-80 series consist of three layers, a core of carbon steel surrounded by a stainless steel laminate. This means that you get the properties of carbon steel, but without the blade turning black or rusting. The rounded wooden handle fits perfectly in the hand, is durable and hygienic.
