The Santoku knife is a knife with many uses, but is particularly suitable for working with vegetables.

This model from Masahiro is made of Masahiro's own patented steel MBS-26. The knife blade is manufactured through a complicated process in three phases, which results in a perfect hardness (HRC 58-59). Each knife blade is sharpened to perfection by craftsmen with more than 30 years of experience. The shaft / handle is made of black packing wood which is hygienic and remarkably durable.
