Mcusta Zanmai Supreme Twisted utility knife 15 cm

The knife handles on the Supreme Twisted model are skilfully cut into angles (octagon) which are later finished in a round design. The design gives the knife a very exclusive look, but above all this makes the knife fit perfectly in the hand.

The vegetable knife is razor sharp and light as a feather with perfect balance.

The knife is made of VG-10 steel with Cobalt VG-10 hand forged blade. The chemical composition of this extremely fine steel is:

carbon (1%), chromium (15%), molybdenum (1%), vanadium (0.2%) and cobalt (1.5%), hardness 62-63 HRC.
