Santoku Japanese chef's knife with beautiful design. The Santoku knife is a knife with many uses, but is particularly suitable for working with vegetables.
Satake Ame is a beautiful series of knives with power, strength, balance and tradition as keywords in the design. The name Ame is Japanese and means rain, something that the magazine's design has inspired. The blade's "Rain Pattern" is not only beautiful to the eye but also means that raw materials such as potatoes are not sucked onto the blade side when cutting.
- 18 cm Santoku, Japanese chef's Knife
