A burner can be used for so much more than caramelizing Creme Brulee. This professional burner with bbq function can also burn off and gratinate surfaces just like the pros do in the restaurant kitchens.

Use it both as a cooking method and for seasoning. Quickly burn vegetables, meat and fish to get a natural taste of barbecued and browned, or grill the surface of the fish or meat fillet.

Flame Master is perfect as a complement when cooking with a Sous Vide to give a nice surface to the softly cooked raw material. The burner can also be used as a gas burner without the grill nozzle.
