Zwilling Bob Kramer Euro Stainless
A series of fantastic knives that are a combination of the legendary knife maker Bob Kramer's design and knife producer Zwilling's production and state of the art technology. Bob Kramer is an American master knife maker who has dedicated his life to making the world's best kitchen knife. He was recently portrayed in the program Raw Craft with Anthony Bourdain. From his workshop in Olympia, he creates aesthetically magnificent and high-performance knives that have become so popular that he has to use a lottery to decide who will be allowed to buy the knives. He has therefore chosen to industrialize the production of this Euro Stainless series together with Zwilling at their state-of-the-art factory in the knife city Seki / Japan. The blade has a core of SG2 steel with 50 alternating layers of nickel and stainless steel, resulting in an exceptionally strong, 101-layer Chevron Damascus blade. The handle is a robust Linen-Micarta material with two rootless steel rivets and a characteristic Kramer decorative rivet.
