Chroma type 301 slicer knife 19 cm

Meat knife/Slicer knife in the Chroma type 301 series, also known as Porsche knives. With this knife you can easily cut fine slices of your steak.

The knives in the Chroma Type 301 series are made of type 301 Japanese steel, better known as the AUS-6 knife steel, with a hardness of 59 HRC. The sharpening angle of the blade is 15 degrees, which results in an extremely sharp knife. The blade and the steel shaft are integrated into each other. The metal bead on each side of the knife marks where the shaft ends and also gives you a superb thumb / forefinger grip.
