Öyo Emerald Santoku 16.5 cm

Santoku emerald 16.5 cm is sold with a durable leather sheath that you can easily hang up or put in the box. The Emerald series is a versatile knife series that works just as well with meat, fish and vegetables. The knife series and the name are inspired by the emerald gemstone, which is often likened to something noble, strong and with great clarity.

The knife blade is in damask steel built around a core of VG-10 steel with as many as 66 layers of steel. The hardness of VG-10 steel gives the knife its sharp and special feeling when you prepare your food.
