Zwilling Diplôme chef's knife is made of a professional FC61 Micro Carbide powder steel (aka Sandvik 13c26 steel), Friodur® hardened to a hardness of approx. 61 HRC.
Beautiful mirror grinding, grinding angle of 20 °, sanded according to the Honbazuke method with "Katana-Edge". Well-balanced ergonomic and hygienic handle.
Lifetime warranty for materials and production defects.
Manufactured in Seki, Japan.
Choose between two different sizes: 20 cm or 24 cm blade length.
