Zwilling Diplôme flat shell knife is made of a professional FC61 Micro Carbide powder steel (aka Sandvik 13c26 steel), Friodur® hardened to a hardness of approx. 61 HRC. The knife's flat edge provides more contact with the cutting board and precise control when you have to cut small raw materials such as garlic cloves and herbs.

Beautiful mirror grinding, grinding angle of 20 °, sanded according to the Honbazuke method with "Katana-Edge". Well-balanced ergonomic and hygienic handle.
