Universal knives from Arcos

The Universal series is designed with daily use in mind. These knives are available in many professional kitchens due to their economical design, non-slip and comfortable handles, low weight and low price. These are real workhorses in the kitchen. The handles are made of polyoxymethylene (POM) and are very resistant to impact, wear and solvents and are able to withstand high and low temperatures between -40 to 150ºC. The rivets are made of stainless steel with extremely high corrosion resistance.

The universal knives from Arcos are NSF-certified, which means that the knives' performance, design, hygiene and safety are approved for use in professional kitchens.
