Miyabi Raw 5000FCD
The knives in the Miyabi Raw 5000FCD series are characterized by not just one, but two different damask patterns in the same knife blade. The upper part of the leaf consists of flowing lines while the lower part of the leaf has glittering, water-like patterns. A unique forging technique and symbol of Miyabi's unique craftsmanship. The knife blade consists of a core steel from Sandvik - 13c26 (FC61 in Miyabi language) - with a hardness of 61 HRC surrounded by 49 layers of damascus steel which ensures outstanding durability, high corrosion resistance and flexibility. The special ice curing process CRYODUR® and a grinding angle of 10 degrees per side made with the original Japanese craft grinding Honbazuke gives these blades enormous sharpness. The handles are ergonomic D-shaped and made of gray Pakkawood. Beautiful details with a mosaic rivet, red spacer and a decorative final steel lid. The knives have a lifetime guarantee on material and production defects.
